Work Out and Keep Healthy
Dear schoolmates,
On behalf of the Students Union, I am writing to call for your active participation in a campaign to promote
physical exercise and health on our campus.
First of all, let’s take a look at the current physical condition of our students. With the rapid development of
technology, more students spend a lot of time on electronic devices, leading to a “face-down” lifestyle. As a result,
they are suffering from health problems such as obesity, poor eyesight, and weak immune system. As the saying
goes, “A healthy body is the foundation of a successful life”. According to the experts, exercises can not only
strengthen our physical health, but also improve our mental well-being. Moreover, it can also help us concentrate
better in class and improve our academic performance.
Let’s take the initiative to exercise and keep ourselves healthy. Together, we can make our campus a vibrant
and energetic place.

【应用文评分原则】
1.本题总分为 15 分,5个档次给分。
2.评分时,先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求来衡量、
确定或调整档次,最后给分。
3.词数少于 80 或多于 120 的,从总分中减去 2分。
4.评分时,应注意的主要内容为:内容要点,应用词汇和语法结构的丰富性和准确性及上
下文的连贯性
5.拼写和标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面。评分时,应视其对交际的影响程度予以
虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
6.如果书写较差,以致影响交际,将其分数降低一个档次。
7.若用铅笔答题,不给分。
【应用文各分档划分标准】
第五档(很好)(1315 ):完全完成了试题规定的任务。
(1)覆盖所有内容要点,表达清楚、合理;
(2)应用了较多复杂、高级的语法结构和词汇;
(3)语法结构或词汇方面使用准确,即使有些许错误,但为尽力使用较复杂结构或较高级
词汇所致;表现了较强的语言运用能力;

(2)应用的复杂高级的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求;
(3)语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确,些许错误主要是因尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所致;
(4)应用了语句间连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。整体而言,达到了预期的写作目的
第三档(适当)(79):基本完成了试题规定的任务。
(1)虽漏掉一些要点内容,但覆盖所有主要内容,尚能表达出作文要求;
(2)应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求,句子结构有一定的变化;
(3)有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,但不影响理解;
(4)能应用简单的语句间连接成分,使全文内容连贯。整体而言,基本达到了预期的写作目的。
第二档(较差)(46):未适当完成试题规定的任务。
(1)漏掉或未描述清楚一些内容要点,有些内容与主题无关;
(2)应用的语法结构单调,词汇项目有限;
(3)有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响了对写作内容的理解;
(4)较少使用语句间的连接成分,内容缺少连贯性。信息未能清楚地传达给读者。

(1)明显遗漏主要内容,写了一些无关内容,偏离主题;
(2)语法结构非常单调,词汇项目非常有限;
(3)较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响对写作内容的理解,词不达意;
(4)缺乏语句间的连接成分,内容不连贯。信息未能传达给读者

The four of them stood together around the picnic table, watching me. As I ate my second piece, my
hands felt sticky, and my face felt wet all over. Soon afterwards, my belly started to feel full, but the watermelon
tasted so good—I just couldn’t stop eating it. Just hesitating for a few seconds, I decided to bite into my third piece.
Then, it was totally out of control. I kept eating one after another, and the little mound of black seeds on my plate
grew higher. At this point, red juice dribbled from my chin to my shirt. With guilt and shame inside my heart, I
slowly glanced up at my family, just noticing that my sisters mouth watering and my brothers eyes locked on the
biggest slice left. Meanwhile, my parents were watching me in amazement as well. I suddenly felt greedy and
realized that I was the only one having fun. “Go ahead,” I said to my family. “Have a piece.”
Mom smiled as if she had known all that I would share. For a second, they hesitated, wearing
unbelievable expressions on their face, eyes looking at one another to be sure. After seeing my assured look, they
stormed the picnic table, each grabbing a piece of giant, juicy, wonderful watermelon. Just at that moment, laughter
filled the whole room, bringing me and my family into a pleasant atmosphere. We ate together, having

watermelon-red chins, sticky hands, and black seeds piled in front of them. And best of all, everyone was beaming

course not bad but sharing them with my family was even better than that!

(2)所使用语法结构和词汇丰富、准确,语言错误很少,且完全不影响意义表达;
(3)自然有效地使用了语句间的连接成分,使所续写短文结构紧凑,全文结构非常清晰,前后呼应,意义非
常连贯。
第四档(好)(1620 )
(1)与所给短文融洽度较高,与所提供各段落开头语衔接较为合理,比较有逻辑性,续写比较完整;
(2)所使用语法结构和词汇较为丰富、准确,表达比较流畅,可能有些许错误,但不影响意义表达;
(3)比较有效地使用了语句间的连接成分,使所续写短文结构紧凑,全文结构比较清晰,意义比较连贯。
第三档(适当)(1115 )
(1)与所给短文关系较为密切,与所提供各段落开头语有一定程度的衔接,与原文情境基本相关,但有的情
节不够合理或逻辑性不强;
(2)应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求,虽有一些错误,个别部分影响意义表达;
