一、并列连词

并列连词是中考的必考点，主要为基本用法的辨析，主要在单项填空中考查，偶尔也会在完形填空中

涉及。选项特点有两种：四个词都是并列连词；含从属连词的混合辨析。考生在解答此类试题时，首先分

析语境，理解前后句之间的逻辑关系，然后根据各个词的意思及用法确定答案。

But “但是”，表转折关系

-Would you like go hiking with me?你想和我一起去徒步吗？

-I’d love to, but I’m afraid I have no time.我想去，但是恐怕我没有时间。

and “和”，表并列或顺承关系

John, work hard and you will make much progress.约翰，努力学习你就会取得很大的进步。

or “或者/否则”，表选择关系或转折关系

Hurry up,or you’ll miss the plane. 快点，否则你就赶不上飞机了。

so “所以”，表因果关系

The dress was very expensive, so I didn’t buy it. 那件连衣裙太贵了，所以我没有买它。

not only...but also 不但……而且

Not only you but also he wants to buy the book. 不但你而且他也想买那本书。

neither...nor 两者都不……

Neither he nor his children like fish. 他和他的孩子们都不喜欢鱼。

either...or 或者……或者

Either you or he is wrong. 不是你错了，就是他错了。

both...and 两者都……

Both she and I are good at English. 她和我都擅长英语。
