（一）冠词

知识梳理：

1、a/an 表示（1）泛指（2）一类事物（人）（3）同类事物中的一个（4）表频率时；

2、the 用法口诀：特指双方熟悉上文已经提及

专有名词和一类外加复数姓氏

序数词最高级习惯用语要特记

注意：the moon a bright moon; in the world a cleaner world;

3、元音音标前用 an: 字母

前用“ an”;

4、辅音音标前用 a,

字母” u”

前用“ a”

；

a one-year-old boy a European country a usual story a university

a 1,100-metre-long road a UNICEF worker There is a “u” and an “s” in the word.

注意：

What a heavy rain! What a strong wind! What a big surprise/success!

What heavy traffic/ bad weather/ useful advice! What great fun it is to do sth!

5、某些固定词组或习惯用语中不用冠词：

by train/ ship/sea/ plane/air/ spaceship/ spacecraft, go to university / bed/school attend school

be in trouble/ at home/ at first at last at night catch fire be on fire on land in space

at midnight at noon have poor eyesight

(二)名词

1、可数名词

1) 以0结尾的名词加-s 或-es: radios photos videos potato, tomato, mango, hero

以f或fe 结尾的名词将 f或fe 改为 v再加-es: leaf, knife, life, wife, shelf thief

2) 有些名词的复数形式是不规则的:

woman—women, foot—feet, human—humans, German—Germans, tooth—teeth,

mouse—mice/mouses, child—children, walkman—walkman s woman teacher—women teachers,

Frenchman- Frenchmen Englishman-Englishmen

3) 单复数同形: sheep—sheep, deer—deer, fish—fish, Chinese—Chinese, Japanese—Japanese

spacecraft—spacecraft aircraft- aircraft

4) 常以复数形式出现的名词：people(人们), audience(观众), clothes(衣服),

trousers(裤子) glasses(眼镜) couple (夫妇) , 这些名词作主语时，特别注意用复数。

注意：family/police /class/team 指人时谓语用复数

The audience ___________ (make) a lot of noise when the concert began.

5) 有些名词看似复数形式，实际是单数如：news(消息)，maths (数学)，physics(物理).

2、不可数名词: 不可数名词通常是抽象名词、物质名词和集合名词。通常不能与 a连用，如 water,

coffee, time, money, bread, work, 等；抽象名词如 kindness. help support progress advice

注意： offer me a suggestion offer me a piece of advice, make great progress ,

What a hard job! / What hard work! have communication with sb.

3、‘s所有格的用法：‘s所有格表示有生命的东西，但也可表示无生命的东西。

（1）表时间：today’s newspaper 今天的报纸

（2）表示自然现象：the moon’s rays 月光 the moon’s surface 月球表面

（3）表示国家、城市机构： Shanghai’s industry 上海的工业

（4）表度量衡及价值：twenty dollars’ value 20 美元的价值 five miles’ distance

Teachers' Day , two weeks' holiday， ten minutes’ walk / drive / ride(用how far 提问) Children's Day,

spacemen’s food, Lily and Lucy’s computer. 莉莉和露茜的电脑（两人共有）； lily’s and Lucy’s

computers. 莉莉和露茜的电脑。（并不共有）

go to the dentist’s / my uncle's 去牙医的诊所/我叔叔家

someone else’s book / in a few years’ time / those thieves’ names

注意: 表示无生命东西的名词所有格，一般以“of +名词”的结构来表示。如: by the end of the year

到年底为止，the colour of the flower 花的颜色 ,the garden gate/the gate of the garden 花园的门，the

history of China 中国的历史

名词作定语：several cowboy films / comedy actors/ concert tickets, human spirit …

(三)数词

☆重点辨析：

序数词：4th-fourth, 40th-fortieth, 9th-ninth, 19th – nineteenth 90th- ninetieth;

分数用法：分子用基数词，分母用序数词；分子>1 时，分母用复数。
