In Hanyang, Hubei Province, there is a place called Zither Terrace ( 古台琴 ). It is named in

memory of Yu Boya.

Yu Boya was a great musician of the Zhou Dynasty. He was famous for his talent in playing the

zither. But he was always disappointed because those who praised his ability did not actually

understand his music.

On the night of one Mid- Autumn Festival, Yu was playing the zither on a boat. As he finished
