and offers over 70 specialty shops and restaurants.

Frederick Festival of the Arts
We invite talented artists to join us for our annual outdoor art festival at Carroll Creek Park. The festival offers
a fantastic riverside location in the city center that provides a beautiful backdrop for showcasing your art. We
welcome all artists to apply to the Fine Art section using the application link provided. We will review each
submission and select the best artwork to be displayed at the festival.
