Senior Finance and HR Manager
The Senior Finance and HR Manager will:
Be responsible for the overall management, delivery and observance of the College's
financial processes and policies
Work with the CEO on facilitating strategy delivery from a financial standpoint
Offer advice and guidance to the CEO and senior staff on employment law, best
practice and policy and procedures in relation to HR matters
Update and help to carry out the College's HR policies
Annual Salary: £ 58,000 -£ 60,000
Part-time: 4 days per week (3 days may be possible for the right candidate)
Accountable to: The CEO
Location: London Office (we will also consider flexible working)

The Senior Finance and HR Manager should :
Be able to advise employers on issues ranging from simple to complex
Have experience of success in a similar financial management role
Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Have a can-do attitude towards work
Be very familiar with strategic financial planning and employment law
Have received higher education and got a good degree
