Sun Xiaojun is an amputee( 被 截 肢 者 ) who made himself a robotic knee. Born in Shiqian
county in Guizhou province, Sun had his right leg amputated at the age of 9. In2006, Sun was
admitted to a university. In 2009, he won the opportunity to continue his studies at Japan's Tohoku
University.
“I started to wear a prosthesis( 假肢) two years after I began studying in Japan, I had never
worn one before, so it took quite a long time to get accustomed to it, " he said. The experience
wasn't very comfortable because the knee didn't bend, and it took Suntime to go up and down stairs,

One of the most visited paintings at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA) in New York
City is Vincent Van Gogh's “Starry Night”. The artist from Netherlands painted it in June， 1889
from the view from his window at Saint-Remy-de-Provence. It is truly a masterpiece.
But now, you do not have to visit MoMA to enjoy its beauty. You can recreate this brilliant art
yourself without ever picking up a paint brush. That's because the LEGO Group has created a kit to
build your own “Starry Night” out of LEGO bricks. All the elements of the painting are in the kit
from the stars and moon to the French village below. This idea of Van Gogh's painting came from
Truman Cheng, 25, a fan from Hong Kong who submitted the idea on the LEGO ideas platform.
The platform takes designs from fans, allows the public to vote on the ideas, and turns the winners
into new LEG(products. Cheng designed the kit together with MoMA. When he was developing his
original concept, Cheng realized that if he arranged LEGO bricks in a random way, the results
looked like Van Gogh's unique brush strokes(笔画)
The kit, which is designed for adult lovers of LEGO, also contains a very small Van Gogh
figure with a paint brush, and tiny painting. The figure can be attached to the completed model by
means of an arm, You can exhibit your finished model standing or it can be hung on a wall with the
