Word of Nita’s bags spread rapidly throughout the village. People marveled at the beauty
and practicality of her creations, and soon, requests for these unique bags poured in. Nita’s father
devoted himself to making bags for everyone who sought them. With the introduction of Nita’s
bags, the village underwent a transformation. The air became free from the choking smoke, and
the streets were no longer littered with trash. Nita, with a twinkle in her eyes, knew that even a
small act of creativity and determination could make a significant impact on the world around her.

第一节：应用文（满分 15 分）
一、评分原则
本题总分为 15 分，按五个档次进行评分。
评分时，应主要从内容组织、词汇语法、篇章结构和书写四个方面考虑，具体为：
(1) 对内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性；
(2) 使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性；
(3) 上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性；
(4) 书写较差以致影响交际的，将分数降低一个档次。
(5) 词数少于 60 和多于 100 的，从总分中减去 2分。
二、内容要点
1.个人优势;
2.组织活动的设想；
3.表达当选的愿望。
三、各档次的给分范围和要求
第五档: (13 - 15 分)能写明全部要点；语言基本无误；行文连贯，表达清楚；
第四档: (10 - 12 分)能写明全部或绝大部分要点；语言有少量错误；行文不够连贯，表
达基本清楚；
第三档: (7 - 9 分)能写明基本要点；语言虽有较多错误，但能基本达意；
第二档: (4 - 6 分)能写出部分要点；语言错误多，影响意思表达；
第一档: (1 - 3 分)只能写出一两个要点；语言错误很多，只有个别句子正确。
第二节：读后续写（满分 25 分）
一、写作思路
续写线索：
1.商贩提供塑料袋 -- Nita 提出免费分发或低价销售布袋 -- 顾客的反应
2.Nita 的布袋广受欢迎 -- 这样的行为对环境产生积极影响（呼应原文）

阅读第 1遍：根据续写总体情节及重点内容描写，初步确定所属档次。
阅读第 2遍：根据写作语言（修辞、句式，词汇等），确定或调整档次。
阅读第 3遍：看词数（少于 130 个，从总分中扣 2分）；看书写（书写及卷面较差的建
