Teenteer Program
Regional One Health makes efforts to educate the newer generations who show interest in math,
science, and other healthcare areas.
Details
The Teenteer Program is a summer program for high school students that provides hands-on
exploration of many careers in the health care environment while providing service to their community. As
part of this program, teens receive volunteer experience and become familiar with the hospital setting.
The Teenteer Program is very competitive and only takes those students who have an interest in the
health care industry and serving their community, and who can meet the requirements. The number of
students accepted into each program will change per year.
The Teenteer Program is scheduled for the week of June12-16, 2024. This program is open to high
school students, aged 16-18. All Teenteer volunteers must be at least sixteen years of age by the first day of
the program and must be either currently attending high school or preparing to enter high school soon.

If you are interested in becoming a Teenteer, please complete and submit ( 提 交 ) the online Teen
Volunteer Application and the following materials:
●Two reference letters completed by teachers
●Confidentiality agreement (保密协议)
●Essay (a piece of writing of about 500 words explaining your interest in health services)
●The latest report card
