任务型阅读

1.阅读文章时,要学会理清文章的写作思路和篇章结构,这通常是很重要的设题线索。

(1)特别注意表格前的小标题,它通常是文章的主题。读懂了表格标题有助于理解短文及表格的大意。

(2)分析表格的项目内容,根据所提供的表格内容提示理清表格的设计原理。

(3)学会查读。要带着问题有意识地在文章中寻找与答案相关的关键词语,或概括、归纳出关键词语。

2.做题时要充分利用解题的微技能。

(1)词形转换能力

任务型阅读中好多答案都需要通过词形转换来完成。如:原文中用 be surprised to do sth.,根据表格题目

设计,转换为 It is surprising that...。

(2)英英释义能力

任务型阅读中有些题目需要通过英英释义来解决。如:原文中用了 keep your attention,根据表格题目设

计,要用 listen。

(3)逆向思维能力

所谓逆向思维,即从另一个角度来思考问题。如:原文中用了...and most people will stay away from an

angry face.表格中的题目设计成:People don’t like the one with an angry face.

Good morning, boys and girls. Today I’ll give you a talk about going online.

We know that there are too many Net bars (网吧) around us. The Internet makes our lives interesting. Many

of us like going online very much because we can learn how to use the computer. We can learn English and read

some newspapers and magazines to know more information around us. It can make us clever in playing computer

games. Also when we send e-mails to our friends, they can get them right away. It can help us keep in touch with

people from all over the world.

But some students spend too much time in playing computer games and some stay in the Net bars all day and

all night. It takes them too much time to chat online so don’t study well any more. I think we mustn’t get online

when it is time for us to study. We can do it in summer or winter holidays. I think we should get online with our

teachers or parents.

At the same time, if we have lots of free time, we can do some activities after school. We usually have

activities from 4:50 to 5:50 in the afternoon. We can play basketball or football. We also have some interest

groups in school, such as drawing, singing and dancing. We can go to the English corner on Monday afternoon. I

hope we can spend more time on our subjects or on such activities that we can learn a lot from and less time on

the Internet.

How to beat sadness

We all have days when we are down, tired and unhappy. That's OK. You need days like this, or how would

you know you are happy? You'll enjoy your good days even more when you have a few bad days. Even if sadness

is a part of life, let's try to make it small. Here are a few simple ways to help you feel better when you are feeling

sad.

1. Stand up straight and this helps your energy flow（流动）. When your energy is flowing freely, you can

flow too.

2. Smile! It's easy to do and have good results. This way can not only leave you in a good mood but also bring

others a good mood.

3. Listen to music. It can be your favourite music. Some kinds of music work better than others, so try and find

Reading books is a good hobby for all kinds of reasons. First, reading books is fun. You can always keep

pleased if you like reading. This is especially useful when the weather is bad. It is a relaxing hobby too. You can

really become lost in a book.

Next, you can read a book anywhere: in a car, in a waiting-room, on a plane, in bed—even in the bath. All

you need is a book! Reading is a convenient (方便的) hobby as it is easy to stop and then start again.

Another good reason for reading books is that it is useful. If you read as a hobby you will get better and

better at it. This means that you will read faster and will become better at understanding what you read. As your

reading improves, you will probably find your schoolwork becomes much easier. Many school subjects depend on

good reading and, as you read, you learn more and more.

Some people say that reading is out of date. This is not true. You have to be able to read on the Internet. The

better you read, the better your computer skills will be. Reading is hardly out of date!
