一、易拼错的单词

1．humorous 要省去 o后面 u

2．ninetieth 不能丢掉 n后面的 e

3．fortieth 没有 u

4．government 不能丢 n

5．address 不能少 d

6．foggier 不能少 i

8．quiet 安静：区别 quite

二、词性判断

（一）形容词、副词

1.后接形容词的考点

【常考词】get,keep,think,find

【常考短语】get lost,feel sleepy,fall asleep

【常考句型】find/think/believe/make it adj to do sth.

【提醒】一定要用形式宾语 it，注意 adj.是否考到比较级。

【典题 1】We thought it __________ (hope) to buy the tickets. But we succeeded at last.

【分析】think it adj. to do sth.hopeless,通过翻译应该是绝望的意思。

【典题 2】He found himself __________(interest) in math.

【分析】find sb adj.且修饰人，答案是 interested.

【做题技巧】先观察词性，后变形（比较级，最高级,反义词等）

【典型 3】If you use binoculars, you can watch the stars in the sky even (clear).

【分析】先通过动词 watch 确定后面用副词，clearly；再通过 even 限定用比较级，所以答案

more clearly. even,much 后面的形容词用比较词。

【提醒】任何单音节变副词后的比较级都加 more.

2.形容词变副词规则

【规则】遇 le 结尾的单词变 e为y

【常考词】possible-possibly;comfortable-comfortably,terrible-terribly

3.形容词、副词同形的单词

【常考词】fast-fast, high-high ,straight-straight,deep-deep,hard-hard

【注意】hardly 的意思是 “几乎不”

4.其他句型

【考点 1】too adj. to do sth.太…而不能

5.否定前缀

【常考词】active-inactive; important-unimportant; possible-impossible; correct-incorrect

polite-impolite; certain-uncertain

6.+ly 构成的形容词

【常考词】day-daily（每天的） week-weekly (每周的) month-monthly(每月的）

7.+y 的形容词

【常考词】wind-windy; cloud-cloudy;

（二）冠词考点

【要点】一 U二用法, un 否定前缀用 an,useful 前面用 a

【典题 1】— I’m sorry I lost _________ useful book.

— Never mind, but I hope you won’t make the same mistake for _____ second time.

A. a; a B. a; the C. the; the D. an; a

【解析】a +序数词，表示又一次，再次。答案 A

（三）名词考点

1.不可数名词

【常考词】fun,traffic,news 感叹句修饰用 what.

【提醒】不可数名词不加冠词，也不加 s.

【细节考点】few +可数名词 ;little+不可数名词;no+名词

【介词加名词】in fear , in danger，show no interest, the changes in the birds’ numbers!

【名词后缀】art-artist（艺术家) piano-pianist; tour-tourist

act-actor(男演员） invite-invitation mean-meaning

important-importance lose- loss direct-direction

ill-illness discuss-discussion high-height

2.加复数名词的常考考点有：different,these,those ,可数名词单独使用,

三、动词考点

（一）句型

1. provide sth for sb.=provide sb with sb.=offer sb. sth.=off sth. to sb. 提供某物给某人

2. prevent/stop/keep sb from doing sth 阻止某人做某事，keep 的from 不可省略

3. hear sb do sth 听见某人经常做某事或做某事的完整过程。题目中 often，like 等

4. hear sb doing sth 听见某人正在做某事。

5. hope that sb will/can do sth.希望某人做某事，千万不能用 hope sb to do sth.

6. wish sb to do sth.或wish sb.+名词.

7. what to do =how to do it

8. 形容后接动词 ing: be busy doing sth; be worth doing sth

9. in order to do sth.为了做某事

10. Would you please not do sth 不要做某事

11. tell sb not to do sth 告诉某人不要做某事

（二）重点短语

1. go through my mind 闪过我的脑海

2. grow into 长成;grow up 长大

3. put up 张贴，举手；put out 扑灭；put in 安装；put off 推迟；put away 收拾好，整理好

4. know sb very well 非常了解某人

5. wash away 冲走

6. stand for 代表
