一、情景交际以及生活运用
【知识梳理】
1.打电话
（1） 通电话时，询问对方“你是谁？”，用“Who is that (speaking)?”或“Who is it(speaking)?”而不是
“Who are you?” 。
（2）想找某人接电话时，“我可以和 xx 通电话吗？”可以说“May/Can/Could I speak to …,please?”。询问
“xx 在吗？”时，可以说“Is xx in/here,please?”
（3）询问对方“你是 xx 吗?”，用“I s that …(speaking)?”而不是“Are you…?”
（4）如果你就是对方要找的人，应回答“Yes,please speaking.”而不是“Yes,I am.”
（5）如果对方要找的人不在，“xx，这会儿不在”应该说“He/She isn’t here now.”或是“Sorry,she/he is
not in.”
（6）告诉别人你是谁时，“我是 xx”应该说“This is …(speaking)”，而不是“I am….”。
（7）请稍等。应该说“Hold on,please.” 、 “ Wait a moment/minute.”“Just a minute,please.”“A
minute/moment.”
（8）有你的电话。应该说“It’s for you.”“It ‘s your phone call/number.”“A phone call for you.”“You are wanted
the phone.”“There is a call for you.”
（9）想要我帮你捎个口信吗？“Can/Could/May I take a message for you?”
2.讨论天气
（1）今天天气怎么样？---What’s the weather like today?=How’s the weather today?
回答：---It’s fine/sunny/cloudy/windy/snowy…
（2）询问某地天气怎样？What’s the weather like in…?=How’s the weather in…
（3）明天天气怎样？How about the weather tomorrow?
回答：---It will be rainy/snowy…(将会下雨/下雪…)
（4）一般询问，如“是晴天吗？”Is it sunny?---Yes,it is./No,it isn’t.
（5）看起来要下雨/下雪了。It looks like rain/snow.
（6）今天真热/冷啊！What a hot/cold day today!
3.就餐
（1）—Would you like…? 你想要….吗？
回答 Yes,please.是的。/No,thank you.不用，谢谢。
（2）—What would you like to eat/drink?你想要吃点/喝点什么？
回答 I’d like….我想要….
（3）Help yourself!请随便吃！
4.问路
（1）向别人问路时，要用“Excuse me”打扰一下
（2）一般向别人问路的表达方式包括：
Where is ….? ① 在哪里？
---It is …. ---它在…
Can/Could you tell/show me the way to…?② 能告诉我去….的路吗？
---Yes.Go/Walk straight (for three minutes) and then turn left/right at ….能，直走（三分钟）然后在…向左/右

Which is the best way to…④ 哪条是到…最近的路？
How can I find …⑤ ？我怎样找到…？
Which is the way to….?⑥ 哪一条路是去….?
How can I get to….⑦ 我怎样才能到达…?
---Turn left/right at （the first/second crossing）…在第一个/第二个十字路口左转/右转。
/Take the NO.15 bus and get off at the…..乘坐 15 路公共汽车，然后在 …站下车。
Is there a ….near here?⑧ 这儿附近有…吗？
⑨ 询问路程长短的，How far is it from here?或是 Is it far from here?
⑩ 如果自己也不清楚，应礼貌回答 I’m sorry.I don’t know.(I’m a stranger here. You can ask the policeman.我对
这不熟悉，你可以去问问警察。)
⑪别人给你指路后，应说 Thank you.
You’d better take a taxi.⑫你最好乘坐出租车。
Over there./It’s over there.⑬就在那儿。
Go down/along this street/road until you see…..⑭沿着这条路走直到你看见….
It’s about 200meters from here.⑮离这儿大约 200 米远。
5.购物
① 营业员用语：
What can I do for you ?你要买什么？
May/Can I help you?我能为你效劳吗？
What kind/size/colour do you want?你想要什么款式/尺码/颜色？
How many/much do you want?你要多少？
What about/How about this one?这个怎样？
Do you like it?你喜欢吗？
Anything/What else?还有其他想要吗？
Please try on…/have a try.请试穿…
Here’s your change.这是找您的钱。
② 顾客常用语：
Could/Would you help me?你能帮助我吗？
How much is it?/How much are they?多少钱？
I would like….我想要…
Can I try it/them on?我能试穿吗？
OK.I’ll take it.好，我买下了。
Sorry.That’s too expensive.抱歉，太贵了。
It’s too small/big/long for me.对我来说太小/大/长了。
It looks a little big/small/short/long. 看起来有点大…
Can you show me another one?能给我看看别的吗？
6．问候
Hello!/Hi.① 你好
Good morning/afternoon/evening.②
How do you do?③ 你好吗？（用于初次见面）
---How do you do?

How are you?④ 你好吗？（熟悉人之间的问候，询问身体状况）
---I am fine,thank you./Very well,thanks.我很好，谢谢。/Not bad,thank you.不错，谢谢！
Nice to meet you!/Glad to meet you!⑤ 见到你真高兴！（也用于初次见面）
7.告别
Good bye./Bye-bye!/Bye!① 再见
Good night!② 晚安！
See you ③ ！再见 See you next time/tomorrow!下次见!/明天见！See you on the playground/in Yangzhou.操场
上见/扬州见。
分别时对别人的祝愿：Have a nice/good time/ day/weekend/holiday.过得愉快、周末愉快、假期愉快！
8.介绍
自我介绍
.I’m …/My name is…① 我是…..
I’m from…./I come from….② 我来自…..
.I like ….③ 我喜欢….
介绍他人
.This is…① 这是….
.She’s …./He’s….②她是…/他是…(介绍身份和职业)
.③把熟悉的人介绍给不太熟悉的人：I’d like you to meet my friend …回答：OK
9.感谢
Thank you (very much)./Thanks (very much).(非常)感谢。/Thanks a lot.
It’s very kind of you.你真是太好了。
Thank you for （doing）…/Thanks for (doing)…为….感谢你。
回答：You are welcome./That’s all right./That’s OK./Not at all./It’s my pleasure.
10.道歉
.“Excuse me”① 对不起，打扰一下（用于向某人提问，打断别人的谈话或工作）
.“sorry”② 用于做错事时表达歉意。
Sorry./I’m sorry ./I’m sorry for（doing）…
回答：That’s OK./That’s all right/Not at all./It doesn’t matter./Never mind.没关系。
I beg your pardon.请你原谅。
11.请求
常用语：
.May I ….?① 我可以…吗？
.Can /Could I …② 我能…吗？
.Could you please….?③ 你能….吗？
应答语：
.Sure./Certainly.①当然可以。
.OK./All right.② 好的。
.Of course.③当然
I’m sorry I can’t.④ 抱歉我不能。
12.祝愿
.①当对方打算或开始做一件事时，表示祝福可以说“Good luck.”回答一般用“Thank you.”
.② 用 于 新 年 和圣 诞 节 时 的 互 相 祝 贺 ：Happy New Year!/Merry Christmas! 回 答 一 般 用 “ Happy New
Year!”/Merry Christmas!/The same to you.
③ 用于节日和生日的祝贺：Happy Teacher’s Day!/Happy Birthday!/回答一般用“Thank you very much.”
