中间分写:按照时间顺序分别介绍在每天的不同时间主人公的活动安排——

from 8:10 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.. Molly has lunch at school on school days. And she likes
chicken and rice for lunch. I think they are good for her. She never has hamburgers.
She often plays basketball for an hour after school. When she gets home, she always
does her homework first. That’s really a good habit. After dinner, she takes a walk
with her parents at 6:30 p.m.. Before she goes to bed, she usually reads English for
fifteen minutes.
I think Molly lives a healthy life. Do you think so?

总起开头:简要介绍主人公的身份 1)Sb. is my ... 2)Sb. studies/works in ...
中间分写:按照逻辑顺序分别介绍选择怎样交通工具的原因和花费的时间——
1)Sb. lives + 距离 + from + 学校/办公地点./It is + 距离 + from sb’s home to ...
2)Sb. usually takes the/a + 交通工具 + to + .../Sb. usually goes to ... by + 交通工具.
3)It takes sb. + 时间段 + to get to .../The ... ride takes sb. + 时间段.
总结结尾:评 Sb. thinks it is good for him/her to get to ... by ... It’s good for the
earth./It’s good exercise.

it's good exercise. I get up at 6:30 and I go to school at about 7:15. It takes me
about 15 minutes to get to school every morning. But if it is rainy(但是如果下雨的话),
I will take the bus to school. The bus ride takes only 5 minutes. I think it is good
for the earth( 地球 )/environment( 环境 ) .

Dear Lucy,
Thanks for your letter. I know how you feel. There are too many rules in my home, too.
I have to get up at 6:00. That’s early. Because I can’t be late for school. And I
have more rules at school. We can’t eat in class, and we can’t run in the hallways.
After school, I can’t relax, either. I must do my homework first. My mom always says,
“Don’t leave the dirty dishes in the kitchen!” after dinner. My dad says I can’t
watch TV on school nights. What’s more, I have to practice the piano before I go to
bed.
Rules are strict. But our parents and schools make rules to help us. I think we must
follow them.
