不定代词 one、another、other、some 等知识点总结整

今天我们在区分：one、another、the other、some、others、the

others。

这六个不定代词在使用的时候，要注意：

1. the other 后面的名词通常可数，单复均可，勿用不可数名词。在表

示”别的、另外的“概念时，the rest of 和 else 也可用，前者后面的名词

既可以是可数的也可以不可数，else 一般后置。

例如：

--Do you want anything else?

--Nothing else.

2. 注意下列句子中的黑体词：

（1）

We have two pets: one is a dog, and the other is a cat.

=We have two pets: one is a dog, and one is a cat.

我们有两只宠物，一个是只狗，另一个是只猫。

（2）

He should stay in bed for another two days.

=He should stay in bed for two other days.

=He should stay in bed for two more days.

他应该再卧床两天。

（3）

We have many foreign students in our school: some are

English, the others are Americans.

We have many foreign students in our school: some are

English, the rest are Americans.

我们学校有很多外国学生，一些是英国人，另一些是美国人。

（4）

He stayed in England for the rest of his life.

他在英格兰度过余生。

（5）

Could you come some other day?

Could you come another day?

你能改天来吗？

（6）

I met Mr. Linch the other day.

我几天前见到了林奇先生。

He has no other nice clothes like this.

他没有别的这么像样儿的衣服了。
