1. I'm thinking about what to wear.

(1) think about 意为“思考，考虑”。后接名词、代词或动名词

eg: You can think about my idea.

(2) think of 认为 think over 仔细考虑，深思熟虑

(3) what to wear 意为“穿什么”是“疑问词+动词不定式”的结构，作 think about 的宾语

(2) in bed 意为“卧床休息，睡觉”。其中 bed 不具体指哪张床，也不与其他名词对比，不与冠词连用。当 bed

指具体的床而不表示其它含义时须与冠词连用。

eg: Don't eat in bed.不要卧床吃饭。

She puts her coat not on the bed but on the sofa. 她把她的外套不是放在床上，而是放在沙发上。

类似用法的词组还有:

in the hospital 在医院(仅指在医院这一场所内)/ in hospital 住院

at the school 在学校里(仅指在学校这一地点)/ at school 在上学

的“酷”，事实上就是cool 的音译。
