Amigos de las Americas（美洲之友）is a voluntary organization(志愿组织). We provide
programs about health, education and community resources(社区资源) in many countries in Latin
America. Since it was founded （成立） in Houston 50 years ago, Amigos de las Americas has
sent 26,000 high school and college students to work in Latin America.
We will provide you with food, accommodation( 住 宿) and tickets. You can have a special
experience here. You will work in teams and have a chance to learn new skills and meet new
friends. You will also know different cultures（文化） while working there. These are the reasons
why more and more people choose to volunteer abroad every year.
