【知识梳理】1. Which one do you want to wear, Eddie? (P20)Eddie, 你想穿哪一件啊？

And I’m not sure if blue looks good on you. (P20)我不确定你穿蓝色的是否好看。

比较表示“穿”的几个词：wear, put on, dress, in,on

(1)wear “穿着；戴着”，表示状态，宾语可以是衣帽，也可以是饰物、奖章等。

(2)put on “穿上、戴上”，强调“穿”“戴”的动作，后接衣服、鞋帽等。

(3)dress 的宾语通常是人，意思是“给……穿衣服”常用结构有：

①dress oneself 表示给自己穿衣服。

②be dressed in 的意思是“穿着”，表示状态。

③dress up 的意思是“盛装打扮、乔装打扮”。

(4)in 是介词，后接表示衣服或颜色的词，着重于服装的款式或颜色。它所构成的短语只能作表语或定语。

(5)on 的意思是“穿着，戴着”，常用结构有：sth look(s) good on sb（某物穿在某人身上好看）

eg: I’ll have on black pants and a gray shirt tomorrow.

This blue sweater looks good on you.

注意：区分 sb look(s) good in sth 某人穿。。。衣服或颜色好看。

因此上句也可表述为：You look good in this blue sweater.

① sure 用作形容词，表示“确信”，后接 of 介词短语、动词不定式或者从句。

过单词短语

例如：I am sure of the time of the meeting.

He is sure to come here on time.

I am sure that my father will buy a bike for me.

sure 用作副词表示“当然”，相当于 certainly 或者 of course。

② if 这里是连词，意为“是否”，引导宾语从句。

例如：I don’t know if he can finish the work on time.

Can you tell me if he likes that book?

③ look good on 意为“穿……好看”。

I think red looks good on you.=I think you look good in red.

例如：I looked out of the window and saw a bird in the tree.

2. look 构成的短语

look after 照顾；look for 寻找；look about/around/round 环顾四周；look down 向下看；look up 向上看、查

找 look forward to 盼望；look through 浏览；look over 检查

(1)influence 动词，“影响”

have influence on sb/sth 对某人/某物有影响

eg: The climate here has a strong influence on agricultural production.

(2)mood 可数名词，“心情、情绪”。常用结构：in a good/ bad mood 心情好/坏

eg: She is in a good mood today.

【知识梳理】2. You may wonder whether it is true. (P.22)

① wonder 此处用作及物动词，意为“想知道”，相当于 want to know，后接宾语从句。

例如：She wondered whether/if she would be free the next day.

② whether 作连词，意为“是否”，常用于“whether...or...”结构中。

例如：Can you tell me whether you are going to attend the meeting?

I haven’t decided whether to go to Shanghai with him.
