In this project, you will help coral restoration and preserve the marine environment. You’ll also learn how to
protect biodiversity and ocean life through partnerships with the scientific community. Laid-back island
atmosphere and golden sunsets are a bonus for you.
Project 3: Children’s Camp Leadership
Location: Hawaii
Duration: July 26-August 11
Involve yourself in the community and genuine culture of a small rainforest town in Costa Rica as you plan
and run a day camp for local children. You will act as both a camp consultant and activity specialist. You will also
explore more, surfing, relaxing in natural hot springs!
Project 4: Sea Turtle Conservation
Location: Costa Rica
Duration: June 26-July 9
You will work with like-minded peers in an effort to protect the country’s sea turtle population. Every day
will be different as you help with various conservation tasks such as scientific research, hatching eggs and
mangrove (红树) preservation.
