Directions: After reading the passage below, fill in the blanks to make the passage coherent

and grammatically correct. For the blanks with a given word, fill in each blank with the

There is no doubt that people's behavior has a far-reaching impact on the environment.

Compared with the obvious environmental issues we hear about every day, littering often

takes a backseat,(21) ______ it’s more pressing than we may think. In our daily life, we litter

If you were to throw, say, a banana peel out of your car while driving along the
