Dear fellow students,
As we all know, we have two days off every week this semester to ensure that we
can keep a balance between study and rest. However, so addicted to computer games
are some of the students that they are reduced to copying homework and being sleepy
in class, which may not only hinder the progress but also lead to an unpleasant
learning atmosphere.
I hereby propose we better manage our time off, finish our homework on time
and get enough rest to make good preparations for the class. Of equal importance is to
actively engage ourselves in class, which will help us stay focused and bring about
more effective learning outcomes.
Let’s take action immediately to create a better learning atmosphere!

the lemonade sold for 1 dollar per cup, they regularly paid 5, 10 or even 20 dollars.

behavior of Edison, people generously donated. “Thank you!” Edison expressed his
gratitude to everyone who lent a helping hand. With the collected funds, the family

purchased essential supplies, such as food, water, blankets and toys. Though they
were physically exhausted, they felt happy inside.
The family decided to go to the disaster-stricken island and offer their time and
efforts. At the sight of the ruined houses and forests, they were stunned. Holding back
their tears, they encouraged the victims and distributed the supplies to the families in
need. Edison’s parents worked alongside the other volunteers to rebuild the damaged
houses. Edison felt a sense of pride and fulfillment knowing that they played a part in
helping Hawaiians recover from the wildfire. It was the power of coming together in
times of need that made a difference.
