Here are some of national parks in the world, which are worth visiting.
Banff National Park
Situated in southwestern Alberta, it is Canada’s oldest national park as well as one of its most beautiful parks.
Visitors can explore Banff National Park on foot along more than 1,000 miles of hiking trails — the Lake Agnes
Trail featuring a seasonal European-style tea house — or drive the scenic Icefields Parkway for breathtaking views
of glaciers (冰川).
Glacier National Park
The big park, which is 1 million acres in size, is named after glaciers that are about 7,000 years old. It has
beautiful mountains everywhere you look. In the park, you can see more than 700 lakes, 6 National Historic
Landmarks, and the famous Highline Trail, which follows the Continental Divide. Make sure to take a scenic drive
along the Going-to-the-Sun Road, or even better, join Red Bus Tours to see all the sights.
Yellowstone National Park
This protected area in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho is America’s first national park, but it is still very
beautiful. Mammoth Hot Springs and Old Faithful continue to amaze visitors every year. Less crowded places like
Hayden Valley, which is great for seeing wildlife, and Yellowstone Lake, which is perfect for kayaking (独木舟) or
canoeing, are also worth visiting.
Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park is about 170 miles east of San Francisco. It has many amazing natural sights to see.
Famous spots include Tunnel View, Valley View, Half Dome, and El Capitan. The park also has many waterfalls
and over 750 miles of trails for hiking.
