Dear Your Teen,
I’m struggling with my 15-year-old son over his music lessons. He has enrolled in piano lessons and is required
to take an exam to complete the course, for which I have already paid. Since he started high school, he has put in a lot
of effort at school, but he doesn’t want to dedicate much time to his music lessons because his schedule is filled with
his school homework. I want to respect his decision, but I also think he should be responsible for finishing what he
started. Should I compromise（妥协） when he tells me he wants to give up? I’d really appreciate it if you could
