Ways to Relieve Stress

With our pace of life getting faster, stress is becoming common for many people. Work or study can both
contribute to heightened stress levels. However, there are more ways to relieve stress.
Engaging in physical activities like running or biking helps relieve stress and make you feel refreshed. Bathing
in the sunlight, you’ll feel the beauty of nature and let the amber-like sunshine kiss every inch of your face. Besides,
don’t forget music, the best medicine ever.
Give it a shot, and you’re sure to feel energetic again.

Stress is a problem that many high school students face. While we can’t always control our circumstances, we
can control how we respond to them.
30 minutes of daily exercise can reduce stress and increase happiness. Social contact is also a good stress
reliever which offers distraction, provides support and helps you cope with life’s ups and downs. In addition,
writing down our feelings in a diary can be a good way to release bad emotions.
So never lose heart when you feel stressed out. After all, we have a variety of stress relief tools at our disposal.

Right away, Gowan and journalists managed to get in touch with Emily. It felt like a miracle to this senior
lady and she couldnt even believe it was true. Emily said in an exciting voice:I only possess a few photos of my
father and spent most of my life trying to find more about him. I am so overwhelmed to hear this discovery!The
letter meant so much to her and it seemed that it was a gift from her father. What was more surprising was another
gift from the local paper.
The local paper decided to offer Mr. Gowan an air ticket to deliver the letter in person. Steve Gowan felt it
was like a mission and gladly accepted the gift. Hughes’s message to his family was finally delivered 85 years after
it was sent. When Emily opened the letter with her trembling hands, Gowan witnessed tears, laughter, sweet
memories and gratitude, all the mixed feelings from Emily. He felt he had fished not a letter in a bottle but huge

treasure, a bridge connecting the living to the dead, a message bonding a family.

Right away, Gowan and journalists managed to get in touch with Emily. It took the old lady, who was only 2
when his father headed off to the battle, really a while to recover from the pleasant surprise. Due to her young age
at the time of his death, Emily never knew her father, though she grew up listening to stories about him from her
mother and cherishing his award medals. Having only a few photos of his father, Emily spent most of her life trying
to find out more about him.
The local paper decided to offer Mr. Gowan an air ticket to deliver the letter in person. He jumped at the
chance to help Emily connect to this lost piece of her past. Emily shed tears of joy when hugging tightly the
faraway guest. Holding the amazingly dry and intact note, she offered her heartfelt gratitude, saying the bottle was
a great source of warmth and comfort. Though Gowan joked he himself a fisherman served as a postman this time,
he never expected something clinging to his fishing net would bring so much to a beloved one almost a century
later.
