“天龙八步”法

读后续写，大部分都是围绕 conflict，solution 来运转的，首先你能看懂材料，如果这一步无法完成，
那这篇文章并不适合你。然后，你要找到文章到底提出什么冲突或问题。大部分文章都是这个模式：
（1）情绪：消极情绪

（2）细节：进一步解释描写
（3）转折：个人的努力或借助外界
（4）转机：事情似乎有了转机，并抱有希望，感到欣慰
（5）失望：但是问题还是没有解决或出现了新问题
（6）新法：突然有了一个想法（一句话说明这个想法）
（7）结局：过了一段时间；事情有了最后的转折
（8）总结：点题，呼应前文

【例 1】
情绪描写∶ 笑
smile brightly;laugh; beam; light(sth)up; light up with; burst into laughter; burst out
laughing; wear a bright/broad smile; give sb a smile
细节描写∶笑
看到直升飞机，Jane 高兴地笑了起来。
（1）At the sight of the helicopter，Jane beamed with wild joy.
（2）Seeing the helicopter，Jane beamed with wild joy.
（3）The moment she caught sight of the helicopter，Jane's eays/face lit up with delight.
（4）The moment she caught sight of the helicopter，a bright smile lit up Jane's
faceleyes.
【例 2】

情绪描写∶哭
cry; sob; weep; burst into tears; burst out crying;(one's eyes)brim with/befull of/be filled

细节描写∶哭
（1）A lump came to his throat.他哽咽欲哭。
（2）Her eyes were red from crying.她的双眼哭得通红。
（3）Her eyes brimmed with tears.她的眼里满含泪水。
（4） Tears coursed/trickled/streamed/ran down her cheeks.眼泪沿着她的面颊流下
来。
【例 3】
情绪描写∶ 害怕
frightened; panicked; scared; speechless;in(a)panic; in a cold sweat;be full of fear; be
filled with terror;be rooted to the spot; freeze;run away; flee; one'sknees feel weak;
(hands) sweat
细节描写∶ 害怕
我感到很害怕。
(1) I felt very frightened/scared/panicked.
(2) I was in (a) panic/was full of fear.
(3)I stood rooted to the spot,brimming with fear/filled with fear.
(4)I felt so scared that my throat tightened and my knees felt weak.
(5)I froze with terror, too scared to move.
(6)I was seized by a strong sense of horror; my palms sweating.
