书面表达

写作步骤

步骤 1　认真审题,明确要求

步骤 2　分析要点,编制提纲

步骤 3　依纲据点,扩展成文

这一步是整个写作过程的关键环节。为保证写作质量,必须注意以下几点:

(1)尽量运用最基本的词汇和句型,写自己最熟悉、最有把握的句子。

(2)尽量多用简单句,少用复合句;多用短句,少用长句;还要注意语言准确,符合英语习惯,尽量避免汉语式

的英语。

(3)表达限定的内容有困难时,要沉着冷静,可以通过变换句型的办法来达到目的。例如:用英语表达“外强

中干”这个词似乎很难,但我们可以通过简单的单词把意思表达出来:He looks strong but in fact,he is rather

weak.。

(4)要用英语思维,尽量避免受汉语影响。例如:表达“他一点都不累”这句话,写成 He is not a little tired.意

思就完全相反了,应该是:He is not a bit tired.或He is not tired at all.,错句意思是“他非常累”。

(5)不要硬译。书面表达不同于汉译英,它有较大的灵活性,一个要点的表达方式并非是唯一的,只要意思

明确,用词正确,都可得分。也就是说,遇到自己不熟悉的词语时,要学会变通,变难为易,一句话正说不行,可以

反过来说,如果还不会表达,就再换一种方式。比如:要表达“我花了 100 元钱买了一件衬衫。”这句话,可以用

包含 buy、pay、spend 或cost 的四个不同的句式,对哪一个最熟悉、最有把握就用哪一个。

(6)注意上下文的衔接。根据意思的需要,句子之间要加上必要的连词或过渡词语。and、but、so 等常见连词

的使用,可使短文衔接自如、结构紧凑。

步骤 4　反复检查,查漏补缺

一般来说,文章的修改可以从以下几方面入手:

(1)用词方面

① 代词的格和指代关系是否用得正确。

② 名词的单复数正确与否。

③ 形容词的比较级和最高级用得是否正确。

④ 副词的位置是否合适。

⑤ 动词的搭配是否准确。

(2)句子方面

① 句型结构是否完整。

② 主谓是否一致。

③ 时态、语态、语气是否正确。
