应用文写作、读后续写串讲及精练

一．报道

新闻、活动报道是典型的应用文体裁，其特点是以事实为依据，对人的经历、举办的活动或发生的事件给

予明确的、实事求是的报道。

【篇首句】

①In order to encourage the students to get close to nature，our school organized a mountain-climbing activity.

为了鼓励学生们走近大自然，我们学校组织了一次登山活动。

②At 4：00 a.m.on the morning of April 2nd，a big fire broke out in Zhongshan Supermarket.

4月2日凌晨 4点，中山超市发生了大火。

【篇中句】

③The purpose of this race was to inspire us students to pay more attention to physical exercise.

这次比赛的目的是激励我们学生更加重视体育锻炼。

④On the way，although some students fell behind，they kept running until the finishing line.

途中，虽然有些学生落后了，但他们一直坚持跑到终点线。

⑤Apart from knowledge，we also learned to cooperate with each other and came to realize the importance of

teamwork.

除了知识，我们也学会了互相合作，也逐渐意识到团队合作的重要性。

【篇尾句】

⑥The activity benefited us a lot./The activity was of great benefit to us./The activity was very beneficial to us.

该活动对我们很有好处。

⑦What they did has brought joy to others and enriched their own lives.

他们所做的给别人带来了快乐，而且丰富了他们自己的生活。

⑧They said it was such a beautiful day that they would remember it forever.

他们说这是多么美好的一天，他们会永远铭记。

假定你是李华，上周日你校举办了 5公里越野赛跑活动。请你为校英文报写一篇报道，内容包括：

1.参加人员；2.跑步路线：从校门口到南山脚下；3.活动反响。

注意：词数 80 左右。

二．告知信

告知信多是从个人角度出发，将对方想要了解的事情告诉对方，让对方知道。告知的内容涉及广泛：如计

划安排类、课外活动类、招聘广告类、个人近况类、地点建筑类等。

【篇首句】

①I feel delighted that you are so interested in the speech contest，so I’m writing to give you a brief introduction

of it.

我很高兴你对这次演讲比赛感兴趣，所以我写信向你简要介绍一下它的情况。

②I feel greatly honoured to be asked to contact you，informing you of our arrangements.

我感到很荣幸受委托与你联系，告知你我们的安排。

③I would like to inform you of some details about the next class.我想告诉你下一节课的一些细节。

【篇中句】

④The match will take place in our school gym on the afternoon of July 4th and we will play against the team

from Hongxing High School.

比赛将在 7月4日下午在我们学校体育馆举行，我们将与红星高中的球队比赛。

⑤On July 20，we are going to learn poems of the Tang Dynasty which you are interested in in the lecture hall.

7月20 日，我们将在演讲厅学习你感兴趣的唐诗。
