一、常见的几个情态助动词
1. should 提建议或劝告，意为“应该；应当”。否定 shouldn’t（unit1）
2、Could
---委婉提建议，意为：可以 。 （unit2）
---表示 礼貌的请求 : Could you …？ 你能 ~？（unit3）
Could you please …？ 请你~？
Could you please not ...?请你不要~？
-----表示 征求许可 Could I ~? （unit3）
Could we ~?
表示建议时，could 比should 语气弱。
3、would 表示意愿 would like ~ 喜欢~ 愿意~
I would like a cup of co#ee.
二、Could 意为：可以，能够 比 can 委婉
1、 表示 礼貌的请求 : Could you …？ 你能 ~？
Could you please …？ 请你~？
Could you please not ...?请你不要~？
Could you give me some water？
你能给我一些水吗？
Could you please give me some water？
请你给我一些水可以吗？
Could you please not play football on the road?
请你不要在路上打篮球可以吗？
2、表示 征求许可 Could I ~ ? / Could we ~ ?
Could I go out for dinner with my friends?
我可以出去和朋友吃晚饭吗？
Could we get something to drink a*er the movie?
我们可以看完电影后喝点东西吗？
三、如何回答“Could you please …”?
肯定回答： Yes, I can . / Yes, Sure. / Of course. / All right. / Certainly.
/ No problem. ……
否定回答：Sorry, I can’t. I have to do my homework.…
/ No , I can’t. I have to …
注意： 回答可以用
Yes, I can . / No, I can’t.
回答不用
Yes, I could . / No, I couldn’t. 不用 could 回答。
四、do 单数形式：does 过去式：did
1、 助动词：不用翻译，帮助一般动词构成否定句、疑问句
Eg、 Do you like apples？疑问句
I do not like apples. 否定句
2、做~ ，干~，办（某事）
重点短语 do housework = do chores 做家务
do my homework 做我的家庭作业
do the dishes 清洗餐具 = wash the dishes
do a good job 干得好
五、常见短语
wash the clothes 洗衣服 come over 过来，顺便来访
make the bed 铺床 give me a call 给我打电话
sweep the 4oor 打扫地板 turn down the music 关小音乐
open the window 打开窗户 speak loudly 大声说话
fold the clothes 叠衣服 take out the rubbish 倒垃圾
cook the dinner 做晚餐 clean the living room 打扫客厅
do the dishes 洗盘子 go out for dinner 出去吃晚餐
