用法 1.clothes 是衣服的总称，包括上衣、裤子等，总是以复数形式出现。作主语时，谓语
动词用复数。
Those clothes are mine.那些衣服是我的。
Jim has some nice clothes.吉姆有一些漂亮的衣服。
This suit of clothes is Jim's.这套衣服是吉姆的。
Those suits of clothes are on sale now.那些套装现在正减价销售。
The dresses in Lingling's Clothes Store are different from our clothes.玲玲服饰店里的连衣裙和
我们的衣服不同。
2.clothes 不能直接与基数词连用，但可以用 these,those,some 等词修饰；表示“一套衣服”
用 a suit of clothes,谓语动词应和 suit 在单复数形式上保持一致。
辨析 clothes,clothing
clothes 指各种衣服的总称，包括上衣、裤子等，是复数名词，做主语时，谓语动词用复数
形式。
clothing 为衣服的总称，是不可数名词，做主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。

知识点 02 store 的用法
教材原句 Mr.Cool's Clothes Store
用法 store 是可数名词，意为“商店”，其同义词为 shop.
There is a store near our school.我们学校附近有一家商店。
拓展 store 用作及物动词，意为“贮藏，储备”。
We store some food for the coming winter.我们为即将到来的冬天储备些食物。

知识点 03 祈使句的并列谓语的用法
教材原句 Come and buy your clothes at our great sale!快来买衣服吧，我们在大甩卖！（P41)
用法
“Come and buy...”为祈使句，come and buy 是并列谓语，相当于 come to buy.go,come 后面
的第二个动词常用 and 连接，一般不用不定式。
Come and see the children.来看看这些孩子吧。
拓展祈使句是表示请求、命令、叮嘱、邀请、劝告等的句子，通常省略主语 you,以动词原
形开头。变为否定形式时，直接在句首加 don't.
Open the door,please.请打开门。
Don't smoke in the classroom,please.请不要在教室里吸烟。
速记
祈使句，主语省，动词原形作谓语。
表示客气的时候，可以在句首或句尾加上 please.
放句尾时，在 please 前面加上逗号。
如果表示否定句，直接在动词原形前面加上 don't.

知识点 04 and 的用法
教材原句 Come and buy your clothes at our great sale!快来买衣服吧，我们在大甩卖！（P41)
用法 and 是连词，用来连接并列成分，此句中 and 连接的两个动词表示动作一先一后。英
语中一个句子如果出现两个动词，动词之间需用 and 连接，或者用不定式等形式连接，不
能将两个动词直接连在一起用。
Come and look at this picture.来看看这幅画。
Go and ask the boy.=Go to ask the boy.去问问那男孩。
Sally likes apples and eats them every day.萨莉喜欢苹果，并且每天都吃苹果。（and 后面的
动词“eats”与前面的“likes”均为第三人称单数形式）
温馨提示：
and 连接两个词的时候，两个词在词性和形式上要保持一致。
知识点 05 buy 的用法
教材原句 Come and buy your clothes at our great sale!快来买衣服吧，我们在大甩卖！（P41)
用法 buy 买，及物动词，后接双宾语。反义词：sell 卖。buy sb.sth.=buy sth.for sb.表示“给
某人买某物”。
Mother bought me a pair of jeans.＝Mother bought a pair of jeans for me.母亲给我买了一条牛
仔裤。

buy sth.from...表示“从······买某物”。
We often buy books from that bookshop.我们经常从那家书店买书。
