Take a bus, helicopter or car to Marrakech. Usually, travelers choose to go by car with a private driver.
Gobi Desert: Largest Dinosaur Fossil Reservoir
Set in the dry shadow of the Himalayas, the Gobi Desert lies in north-western China and
southern Mongolia. It is home to various famous cities of the old Silk Road as well as many
important fossils. It is known as the largest dinosaur fossil reservoir in the world.
Size: 1,295,000 square kilometers
How to get there:
Fly to Dalanzadgad in Mongolia. Then, book a car rental for the entirety of your trip into the desert.
