Dear all,
I’m honored to announce that this semester's“Most popular teacher”goes to Mike!
He gives our grade oral English, encouraging us to speak more. Besides,he is
responsible for our Drama Club, where we rehearse together and present marvelous plays
under his professional guidance.
Mike is worthy of this award. His exceptional teaching ability has greatly boosted our
confidence in expressing ourselves. What's more, his passion for teaching and friendliness to
students make learning with him a really enjoyable experience. (80 words)

One day,Bob took me to a wheelchair basketball game. We watched the players weave
their way and make impressive shots, They were fiercely competitive and moved around the
court with incredible speed and precision, using wheelchairs to their full advantage. How I
wished I could be one of them! Seeing the spark of excitement in my eyes, Bob whispered,
“You can do it if you try.”I hesitated, “You mean it?”He nudged me and smiled,“It
doesn’t hurt to give it a shot!”(75 words)
With Bob's encouragement, I decided to have a try at my dream.Initially, it was a
struggle.Getting around in a wheelchair was challenging itself, let alone defending or
shooting. Luckily, I was introduced to some of the wheelchair players who shared some
tricks and encouraged me to carry on.Bob was always keeping me company during all the
practices. The more I practiced, the more potential I saw in myself.I was back on court with
Bob, pursuing my basketball dream, just in a different way. (75 words)
