Be sporty, be healthy

Hello, everyone! I feel honored to be here to talk to you on “Be sporty, be healthy”.

We students are heavily burdened with schoolwork and thus spare a little time of regular physical

exercise. However, we all need a sound body. So I suggest we fit exercise into our busy schedule,

making it a part of our daily routine. Put down our books to stretch our arms from time to time, do

some jogging and jumping every day. If we are able to make exercising our life habits, we will surely

benefit from it both physically and mentally.

Charlie noticed what had happened. At that moment, he was far ahead of the other racers and was

close to winning the race. However, the moment he saw Bill who got injured struggling to get up, he

abandoned the race and turned back to help him. The little boy had to make a great effort to pull Bill

up, as he was much larger in size. As a result, Charlie lost the race, which made his classmates a little

Charlie took Bill to the school doctor. At the doctor’s, Bill was carefully checked and was given

some treatment. “You lost this sack race only because of me!” said Bill, after coming out of the

doctor’s. “My mom tells me that helping a friend is more important than winning a race,” answered

Charlie. Deeply touched by his reply, Bill promised to be a good boy like Charlie. After that, they

became good friends and everybody was quite surprised at Bill’s big change. (75 words)
