I’m Li Hua. During the summer holiday, a month-long sport walking activity took place in our city

and I as well as several other students took part in this healthy activity.

Every day, people gathered together at the south gate of the local park, and then walked

around the park. Accompanied with active music, we would cover 5 kilometers. For the first few

days, it was easy for me to get tired, but with days going on, walking was not a struggle for me. At

the same time, I felt more confident and less anxious and stressed.

Though the activity was over, I felt I had benefited a lot from this experience and determined
