Glad to know that you’re interested in the the running exercise during the break in my school, I’m writing to tell

you something about it.

With the purpose of building up students’ strength, our school has recently started the running exercise during

the break, which is highly spoken of by us students. In my opinion, running just during the break won’t take up too

much time but can rest our brain, thus making the study more effective. Besides, I believe running can build up our

body and protect us from diseases. Furthermore, after running, exhausted as we are, we can feel more refreshed,

hence relieving stress.
