2022 年高考英语终极题型押题(浙江专用)-七选五
(2022· 浙 江 宁 波 ·二 模 ) With the pandemic in full swing, most colleges and universities have
transitioned almost all of their classes online. Some students prefer online classes. They love having the
flexibility to work from home and to work in the hours they want to work. ____1____ They find working
from home difficult and they learn better from in-person instruction. A number of students fall in between.
Whichever you prefer, you can always find ways to do better. Read on for some tips for acting online
classes.
Read the syllabus (大纲).
When you need to know something, do not blindly go through your online education portal clicking
tabs or go ahead and email your professor. Wait until you have looked through the syllabus for your
answers. The syllabus is supposed to be your guide for the entire semester.
____2____ It should tell you basically everything that you need to know for the class. Anytime you
have a question about your schedule, check the syllabus.
Note the deadlines.
In an online class, it is incredibly easy to let deadlines creep upon you or even pass you by before you
even know it. So make sure that you note the deadlines. However you need to do that or find doing that to
be most effective, do it. Find writing things down in your planner most effective? Do it. Making reminders
on your phone? Do it. Filling it out in your online calendar? Do it. ____3____
Ask questions.
While strategy number one told you that you should not immediately email your professor with a
question, that was in regards to asking questions that could be answered by the syllabus.
____4____ Professors do not actively want their students to fail, so if they can reasonably help you
out, they will.
____5____ But knowing that and preparing for it is half the battle. Using these tips and strategies will
help you navigate the world of online learning and keep your GPA and morale up even when the rest of the
events of the world might be bringing you down.
A.Online classes can be tough.
B.It is fun to attend online classes.
C.They think they can save much time and energy.
D.Other students really struggle with online classes.
E.It tells you what you are doing, when, why, and how.
F.You do not want to fail a class because you never turned anything in.
G.However, you shouldn’t be afraid to message your professor with thoughtful questions.
(2022·浙江台州·二模)Why Are Tigers Orange?
The colors of an animal serve lots of different purposes — for instance, to help them hide into
surroundings and escape from being noticed by preys (猎物). For tigers, their ability to be invisible will just
decide whether they catch dinner or go hungry. ____6____
As for humans, orange is a color used for items that need to stand out, like traffic lights and safety
vests. That’s because we have what’s called trichromatic color vision, which differentiate three types of
color: blue, green and red. ____7____ But most other mammals, including dogs, horses and deer, have
dichromatic (二色的) color vision for only two colors: blue and green. Humans who get information only
of blue and green are considered color-blind, and can’t distinguish between red and green colors.
____8____
Mammals like deer are the tiger’s main prey, and their dichromatic vision means they don’t see tigers
as orange — they see them as green. That makes the tiger much harder to spot as it’s prowling behind a
bush or crouching in the grass. Although green tigers would probably be even harder to spot, evolution ( 进
化) just doesn’t work with the ingredients necessary to make green fur. ____9____ The only recognizably
green mammal is a sloth, and its fur isn’t green in fact. That’s an alga that grows in its fur.
____10____ There seems to be no evolutionary pressure, particularly for deer, which are the main
prey of the tiger, to become trichromatic. That’s probably because the tiger doesn’t know it’s orange either.
So, the evolutionary race really doesn’t exist for that color. It’s just that the tiger has evolved over the
sweep of evolution to have a coloring, a hiding system, which protects it very well in its jungle setting.
A.Actually, there are no green furry animals.
B.Orange fur makes tigers relatively easy to spot.
C.The same is likely true for dichromatic animals.
D.Then, why don’t deer evolve the ability to see orange?
E.So, of all the colors they could be, why are tigers orange?
F.Colors of humans’ eyes are quite similar to many other mammals’.
G.We share this style of vision with some mammals like apes and certain monkeys.
(2022·浙江绍兴·二模)Everyone thinks they're great listeners. But the truth is that hearing isn’t
necessarily listening, nor is it necessarily listening well. Listening is an art as well as a basic life skill that
we are encouraged to practise and master.___11___
●Don't interrupt
___12___ To master the art of listening, you need to stop any good thoughts that come to mind and let
the person say everything they need to say. Often times people simply need someone to talk to, not
someone who will cut in and give their own thoughts and opinions.
●Practice active listening.
To understand better in communication, you can first practice active listening. The art of listening isn't
simply about staying quiet 100% of the time, it's also about asking questions, which are for clarification or
for further explanation, so that you can fully understand what the speaker is telling you. ___13___ You can
also make noises that show you agree with what he person is saying such as “yes”, ‘'yeah", and “okay.”
●___14___
About 60-75% of our communication is accomplished without speaking. In order to know whether to
encourage the speaker, or to open yourself more, it's essential to know what the person's body is saying. Do
they display signs of discomfort? Are they cautious about you? Their body language tells a lot.
●Create a suitable environment.
It can be difficult to listen to another person when the TV is screaming, your phone is buzzing and
there are thousands of cars passing by. ___15___ Also, when you indicate it would be good to “find a quiet
place," you put importance in the person and what they say, and then you show care and consideration.
A.Listen to non-verbal communication.
B.Let the person speak without interruption.
C.Listen without forming responses in your mind.
D.Here's how to bring the vital life skill into your daily existence.
E.Additionally, it's important to hold back your negative judgments.
F.Another great way to show your understanding is to respond by nodding.
G.When you remove the distractions and find a quiet place it’s easier to listen attentively.
