According to the World Obesity Forum, the number of

overweight Britons is likely to rise 32 million to 36 million by 2025.

Many British people (attract) by various weight loss programs. But

for most people, the results are so limited that they will quit easily.

They lose weight for a while, only (gain) back more when they stop

the programs. Therefore, they are reduced to giving up long any

realistic results are achieved. It turns out that the programs are

practically of no use. Then, is there a powerful weight loss (solve)?

A sure way of achieving natural weight loss is to increase

amount of exercise you get every day. However, this doesn't

(necessary) mean spending hours at the gym. You can increase your

exercise levels by walking or biking instead of driving. You may

even find possible to lose weight just by doing some activities

another good choice. There has been a recent trend in the food

will certainly improve the taste of your food, but too much of both is

not good for the health.

6．the　考查冠词。分析句子结构可知，设空后的 you get

every day，是修饰名词 amount 的定语从句，故此处指“每天的

锻炼量”，表特指，应用定冠词 the。

7．necessarily　考查词形转换。设空在句中作状语，修饰

谓语 mean, 应用副词，填 necessarily。

8．it　考查代词。分析句子成分可知，设空前的 find 是谓

语，设空后的形容词 possible 是宾补，而设空后的不定式 to lose

weight 是真正的宾语部分，设空处在句中作形式宾语，故此处
