If your country does not have its own treeplanting day, maybe
you should suggest it on social media! That is one man in Turkey
recently did.
On Twitter, Enes Sahin suggested (set) aside a day for planting
trees in Turkey. He then asked others to support his idea. And they
did. His tweet (quick) went viral. Sahin wrote, “Let's dedicate a
day for all 82 million people in the country, including the children
and the elderly, to plant trees. Let's set example to the world and
hand down a green country to the upcoming generations.”
Turkish officials took notice. Rumeysa Kada, Turkey's deputy,
tweeted, “This is an (amaze) idea. It will be on our agenda for
tomorrow.” Kada later (meet) with Sahin to discuss his idea. Then
the Turkish President promised to undertake (responsible) to make
sure that Turkey has a national treeplanting day.
Even if your country does not have any special day events for
tree planting, you can always go it alone! Canadian Ken Chaplin
holds the world record for the most trees (plant) in one day by a
single person. On June 30, 2001, he planted 15,170 red pine
seedlings by (he)．

在句中已有谓语动词 holds，且无连词，故设空处应填非谓语，
plant 与trees 是逻辑上的动宾关系， 应用过去分词作后置定语，

10．himself　考查代词。设空在句中作介词 by 的宾语，应
用反身代词，填 himself，构成短语 by oneself “独自地”。
短文改错　(2019·哈三中三模)
Last summer vacation, I went to work in a local museum as a
parttime docent ( 讲 解 员 ). Though work in the museum is real
challenging for me, I have benefited a lot from this experience. I
gained more knowledges about history, that enriched my life greatly.
In addition to, I made many new friends from different parts of the
country by serving us when working there. To be frank, I can see a
rapid improvement in both my characters or abilities. I also became
confident than before. I had a great time and it was a most
meaningful thing I had done that summer vacation.
