W: Office exercise?
M: Yes. We don't always sit at desks. We sometimes work standing up. We also follow videos to do physical
exercise during coffee breaks. My company is supportive and has extended coffee breaks by twenty minutes to
encourage the practice.
W: Good idea. I will follow your example. I hope my fellow workers will also find it beneficial.

M: A hero schoolgirl saved many people trapped in a burning apartment. When interviewed, she said she was
inspired by a TV show about emergency services.
14-year-old Lily Swanson is a big fan of the TV program Disney+ 9-1-1, so when she noticed a strong burning
smell, she immediately stopped to check out.
She had been on a walk with her dog near her home in Leyland, Lancashire. But she decided to try and find
the source of the smell. The quick-thinking teenager looked around and finally spotted black smoke coming out of
the window of an apartment on Hough Lane.
Lily ran home to wake her dad Mike Swanson and rang 911. As soon as they called the fire station, they ran
back outside and saw people hanging out of the window. Mike grabbed his ladder and ran to the scene to help those
trapped inside before the fire swept the whole building.
