一:教材精品句式剖析
1. Bill thinks that the races were not that interesting to watch.
【句型剖析】this that 可用作副词,修饰形容词或副词,作程度状语,表示“这么”“那么”“这样”
“那样”的意思。
I’m sorry, I hadn’t expected the situation would become that bad.
对不起,我没有料到情况会变得那么糟糕
2. Whoever drank this could live forever, and Hou Yi planned to drink it with Chang’e.
【句型剖析】whoever 无论谁;不管什么人, 引导名词性从句。
Whoever drank this 是主语从句,whoever = anyone who
Whoever won the match would get a prize.=Anyone who won the match would get a prize.
任何赢得比赛的人都会获得奖品。
Whoever 还可以引导让步状语从句,此时 whoever = no matter who
Whoever calls, tell him I’m out.不管谁打给我,告诉他我出去了。
区别:who
who 谁;什么人 , 引导特殊疑问句 eg:
Who did it ?谁做的? I wonder who did it.我想知道谁做的。
3. What a great day!多么美好的一天!
【句型剖析】口语中常可以省略主语和谓语。通常由 what, how 引导,表示赞美、惊叹、喜悦等感情。
what 意为“多么,真,太”,用作定语,修饰名词。
What+ a/an+(adj.)+n.(单数)+(+)+…!
What+(adj.)+n.(复数/不可数)+(+)+…!
How+ adj.+ a/an+ n.+++…!
How+(adj./adv.)+++…!

形容词后一般没有名词,that 后面是表示结果的状语从句。而同义短语 such...that 的中间有名词,such
饰此名词。

(1) go, come, leave, start, fly 等表示位移的动词,常用这些动词的现在进行时表示将要发生的动作。例如:
Jim is going boating this afternoon. 吉姆今天下午要去划船。
Are they all coming tomorrow? 他们明天都来吗?
(2) in two weeks 意为“两周后”,表示将来的时间,常用 how soon 来对其提问。例如:
— How soon will the dinner ready? 晚饭还有多长时间做好?
— In ten minutes. 十分钟后。
— How soon will they come back? 他们多久回来?

一般疑问句:

(1) be used to do something 意思是“用来做事”,是动词短语 use …to do 动语结构。
Knives are used to cut things.小刀是用来切东西的。
(2) be used to doing something 意思是“习于做事”,to 动词-ing 形式。例如:
My father is used to living in the village. 爸爸小山村

(1) warn 作动词,意为“告;告”,常用于以下结构:
1) warn sb. (not) to do sth. 意为“告诫某不要事”。例如:
