How to keep fit
As we all know, it is very important to keep fit. But how to keep fit？
We need to have a healthy lifestyle？We shouldn’t eat hamburgers or drink cola. We should eat healthy food.
Healthy food is important for us. We can have milk, eggs and bread for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, we can eat
fish, meat and vegetables. Between meals we also need to eat more apples or other fruits. We shouldn’t spend most
of the time in playing computer games. We need to exercise every day. There are many ways to exercise. We can
run in the morning. We can play football or basketball after class. We can also go swimming or walking with our
parents sometimes.
If we do more sports and often eat healthy food, we will keep fit.
