第一节 One possible version

Dear WangLei,

I’m sorry to hear that you have met some problems in learning English.

since you came to the high school However, What you have met is easily

changed if you take my advice. My suggestions are as follows.

Firstly, you should listen to the teachers carefully in the class and

after class you should take down what you have learnt , reflecting on them

carefully . Secondly, the best way to learn English is reading it as much as

possible and having a good knowledge of its meanings . Thirdly, you can speak

English with your classmates and teachers, which can improve your listening

and speaking abilities. What’s more, what is the most important is that you

should read English books before and after the class .

第二节 (one possible version)

However, many years later, they had different endings. The boy didn’t

have a happy life , because no matter what he did ,he could only depend on

his younger brother’s arms, without whose arms he couldn’t do

anything ,finally leading to

his banality(平庸)while the girl was always full of enthusiasm in his life. No

matter what challenge she was faced with, she always thought she had a flying

heart , It was her perseverance that led to his success.

　From this story, we can draw a lesson,1 They had both endured（忍受） the

same ordeal, （磨难） but their different attitudes determined the nature of

their lives. It is true that life is unpredictable. Disasters can strike at

any time. How you handle misfortune when confronted with it is the true test

of your character. If you choose only to complain and escape from the ordeal,

it will always follow you wherever you go. But if you decide to be strong, the

hardship will turn out to be a fortune on which new hopes will arise.
