第一部分 语法
定义：表示行为动作发生频度的词，被称为频度副词，也可称为时间副词。如:always, usually, often,
sometimes, once, twice, seldom 等。
1、always, usually, often, sometimes, once, twice, seldom 这些频度副词各自表示动作发生的频率有所不
同。
always
always 意为"总是",相当于 ll tho time,与现在进行时连用时,表示强烈感情 色彩。
(1)I always get up at bi in he morning.我总是在早晨六点起床，
(2)He is always smoking.他总是抽烟。(厌恶)
(3) She is always helping others.她总是帮助别人。(赞赏)
usually
usually 可以指通常的动作,但是侧重已经形成的习惯,它从已经形成的角度来 说明动作。如: He usually
goes to school by bike.他通常骑自行车上学。
often
often 是指经常性的动作,意思为“常常,经常”。如 The boy doesn't often do his homework.这个孩子经常
不做作业，
sometimes
sometimes 意思为“有时,不时”,表示次数较少(低于 often 所表达的次数),常 常与一般现在时或一般过
去时连用。如:Sometimes he goes to work by bike, and sometimes he goes by bus.有时候他骑自行车上班,有时
候他乘公共汽车上班
hardly 和seldom
它们两个的意思均为“很少,几乎不",它所表示的次数非常少,少得几乎没有,它们存在的句子被看成是否
定句。如: She seldom plays cards.她很少打牌

never
never 意思为“决不,从来",表示一次都没有。如:She never has anything to do.她一向无所事事。
以上的频度副词都表示模糊频事，没有准确地说某事在段时间内发生的次数。还有一些是较准确的频
度副词。这些频度副词常作状语放在句尾。
I drink milk and eat vegetables every day. 我每天喝牛奶，吃蔬菜。
I visit my grandmother four times a year. 我一年去看奶奶四次。
表示较确定的频率的短语有:
every day 每天
Once a week 一周一次
twice a month 一个月两次
four times a year 一年四次
twice three months 三个月两次
2. 频度副词的位置:多在行为动词之前，be 动词、情态动词、助动词之后,若放在句首，则表示强调或
修饰全句。如:
He always helps other.他总是帮助别人。
Sometimes he has some bread for breakfast.有时他早餐吃面包。
3. 对频度副词或频度副词短语提问可用 how often,意为“每隔多久”。如:
- How often do you go to the library?你们每隔多久去一次图书馆?
-We go to the library three times a week.我们每周去三次图书馆。
