1---What day is it today? ---Wednesday.
2. --What' the date today? --It's May 8th.

3、年的表达方式
1900 nineteen hundred
1949 nineteen hundred and forty-nine 或nineteen forty-nine

4、年、月、日表达方式
① 日、月、年的写法，这种写法通常为英式写法。如：8th August,2008( 2008 年8
月8日)
② 月、日、年的写法，即月份写在日期前边，这是美式写法。如:May
12th，2008(2008 年5月12 日)
5、注意事项：
①表示日期应该用序数词,序数词前的 the 可用可不用。如:5 月13 日，May the
thirteenth\ May thirteenth。
②具体的几点几分前应使用介词 at。如;at six o'clock(在6点钟),at a quarter to
eleven(在10 点45 分)。
③表达在具体的某日前用介词 on。如:on March 8th(在3月8日),on September
10th(在9月10 日)。
④表达在某年或转月前用介词 in。如:in 2011(在 2011 年),in February(在2月)。
⑤对星期提问用 What day is it today?句式。对日期提问用 What's the date today? 句
式。对几点几分提 问用 What's the time? /What time is it?句式。
