The trip I like best

If you ask me which trip I like best, my answer is the trip to Beijing.

My family went to Beijing last summer vacation. We went there by plane. We

visited the Great Wall and many other interesting places. We also did some shopping

and ate Beijing duck.

I like this trip best because I could travel with my parents and we enjoyed

ourselves. I also made two new friends from Xiamen and learned a lot from this

traveling. It is such a wonderful experience that I will never forget.

在我们的生活中一定有很多令人难忘的事情，假如你是 Alice,请给你的朋

Dear Susan，

How time flies! During my life, there was one thing that I will never forget.

Last summer, my father and I went to mountain climbing in Dengfeng together. We

started early in the morning. But unluckily，it began to rain halfway. I got all wet and

felt cold and tired. So, I wanted to give up. However, my father encouraged me not to

give up and put his coat on me softly. He said "we won't see the fantastic scenery

unless we reach the top" He really cheered me up. We got to the top at last and

enjoyed the beauty of nature.

From that I know I should never give up.

last weekend

My last weekend was busy but happy.

On Saturday morning, I helped my parents clean our rooms. I felt happy to see

my room clean and tidy. In the afternoon, I did my math homework. It was a little

difficult for me. After I finished my homework, I went shopping with my mother. We

bought a lot of things. I watched my favorite TV program in the evening. On Sunday

afternoon, I played football with my friends.

We had a good time.

My Summer Holiday

I look forward to the summer holiday every year. Last summer I went to Dalian

for my holiday. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a

swim in the sea.

I plan to spend my summer holiday on reading this year. I like reading very

much, especially story books. And I also want to read some English story books to

improve my English.

My biggest wish is to travel around the world in my summer holiday. I’d like to

meet different people and visit different places so that I can open my mind and

improve my English. I wish I could have two summer holidays in a year.
